We have claimed our independence in 1947.Have designed the constitution by borrowing from different disciplines around the global system, but we have not ever intuitively debated-what was required for our indian environment to grow-compete with the best in the world and side by side grow with social justice.
Today we have entered the 21st century, observe worldwide competition in every sphere of life.And we are still in the old mindset to solve a modern problem.It's ridiculous.And we have always compromised on moral laws and on penal actions too>which have boosted the impairment in social justice systems.Why we can not then debate on a particular mode of discipline nationwide before imposing or making it notified by the Government.Everything passed by the parliament is not debated by majority of the public/or at different forums /not even understood by many and some are just suffering because of lack of 'public feedback'.
Given a chance: the youth of the nation should decide'which way the social system should move'.Otherwise 'we create social imbalance in the name of 'social obligations'-which is nothing but a compulsion in the system to oblige the Government and a strong bureaucray.Or we can ask for papers from scholars from around all the academic institutions to suggest ways to solve social imbalances.We have got vast pool in this regard.
Today-the world is moving at break neck speed.Youth are restless.Anything happens in any part of the globe is relayed within split seconds.Internet, TV, Mobile and what not ...working with speed around the globe.So, anything which has wrong impact can not be spared in this gloablised century.We all are guided by modernity in our living and we all are impacted directly or indirectly by the world events in our everydy life.
Believe'we can mobilise lot of feedback from youths-scholars in this arena before we impose a quota system to solve this chronic imbalance in India'!
